O2feel e-bike in the city

Design

Since the creation of the first models in 2009, our teams have always paid particular attention to the design, creating aesthetic and neat e-bikes, the true DNA of the brand.
Our unique frames are entirely designed and developed in-house by the O2feel Labs department (R&D) and have been awarded the design prize several times. Our e-bikes, with their iconic shapes and careful aesthetics, evolve season after season in order to adapt to new trends and expectations.
We modernise our frames, offer trendy colours, and refine their silhouette with the « Slickshape » technique, which consists of polishing the welds at the end of the frame’s assembly, offering a delicate and meticulous high-end finish.

We use solid, quality materials, in particular 6061 T6 aluminium, a particularly high-performance alloy that does not rust. Thanks to its low density, it allows us to make light frames that guarantee the handling of our e-bikes. On certain models we use the hydroforming technique which consists of injecting a liquid under high pressure into the tubes which will cause the frame to deform and take on the desired shape. This technique allows us to offer frames with a well-groomed look and increasingly elegant, sometimes straight and angular lines. Our batteries are perfectly integrated into the overall frame of our bikes, offering harmonious models. This personalised design and the special care we take of our products create unique and inspiring models.
